Italian Sausages

Thaw sausages in cold water for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

BBQ Take them straight out of the package and throw them on the barbecue. Cooking time depends, usually about 10 minutes for the small sausages and approximately 20 minutes for the larger sausages. Make sure they’re cooked throughout.

Oven You can also cook them in the oven at 350° F (176° C) for approx. 20 to 30 minutes.

Crock pot Cut them up into small chunks and throw them into a red sauce. Cook on low heat for 2 to 3 hours in the sauce.

The skinny mild sausages are great as a breakfast sausage as well. The sausages are famous for a reason.
